« I stayed 1 night. I was traveling thru on my way to Florida alone with my 8 pound dog. I choose this hotel because it was located in a safe area and conveniently off the main road. It’s stated that this was a pet friendly hotel, traveling several times with my pet I am more than willing to pay a reasonable pet fee, so I got to the hotel and was told that this fee was $75 for an dog under 60 pounds. I didn’t think that this was reasonable at all. Over 60 pound $150, what? but it was late and was...

« Jessica is great! She really cares about the guests »

« Tia did an excellent job checking us in. We had an issue with the air conditioner. Marcus from maintenance took care of it immediately. Tia later did a courtesy check to make sure everything was working well. It was a great experience from this hotel! »

« Good »

« The ac in the gym didn’t work. The treadmill was out of order. The elliptical sounded like we were going to have an accident. The pool was closed until further notice. A large dog was stored in the pool area. The room ac was not consistent with the temperature setting. »

« Will stay again »

« Pricing was good.bathroom very unkept.with moldings in bath tub »

« The property was rundown and the carpets were littered with grass and debris. The ice ms nine sat outside the building by the door to the lobby, but it was out of order. The front desk staff was unprofessional. There is no elevator and my room was on the second floor of a split level building. I had to drag my luggage up a flight of stairs. The room was average and I would give it a low 3 stars. The property as a whole is 2 star at best. »

« The a/c was loud and rattling, it kept me up til late . The automatic curtains were very difficult to operate and ran sideways. The shower ran onto the floor . I had to roll up towels to make a makeshift dam to keep water from flooding the bathroom. Other than that, all was good. The staff was extremely helpful! THEY WERE EXCELLENT! »

« L'hôtel refuse de me donner une facture au motif que jai réservé via une tierce partie Expedia=hotels.com mais pourtant je paye sur place. Hotels.com me dit que c'est l’hôtel qui doit me la fournir. Pas même de reçu possible dans l'application hotels.com dans ce cas là. C'est compliqué quand vous êtes en voyage d'affaire de pas avoir de facture. »

« Very nice staff. »

« Everything was wonderful to my expectation. We'll come again »
